In my last newsletter, I told you about getting leads by building a website.

Its the best way. I want to share more about that and update you on my new accomplishment with my MLM company.

The traditional way to get people either buying your product or joining your MLM you have to chase them down. This still happens.

Either they are hunted down in person or on the phone. With the internet, people are now doing this on the web. I have been harrassed by people on the internet trying to talk down about my company to force me to join them.

This method is old and not worth anything. It's to much work. The best way to do it is not attraction marketing.

The best way to do it is C->T->P->M. You see, people start with M($ - money). They try to monetize everyone meaning, sell them something.

They think everyone must join them and have their product, but they usually don't see it the same way.

Starting at the M is always a failure system. That is why people can't make money and have problems building their business. That is also why people jump from opportunity to opportunity.

Then what is C->T->P->M?

C = Content T = Traffic P = Presell M = Monetize

That is the formula to have people chasing you down. This is the formula to harness the traffic on the web.

The first thing you do is provide content. The search engines want it and the people are searching for it.

Provide what they both want!

When you do that, you get the Traffic. One of my websites gets about 10,000 visits and over 6000 visitors a month. And it is growing.

In your writing, you presell your visitors. You do this in many ways. As you presell, people are ready to be sold.

Thats where the Monetization comes in. You can generate leads, sell a product, make money off of ads, and make money on affiliate links.

When you use C->T->P->M, you can create multiple streams of income instead of just 1 with a MLM company.

This helps with financial security.

Update on my MLM Business.

This month, I will be qualifying for a new level with my MLM company. I am really excited. I will be 3 levels from the bottom (Area Manager).

My website has generated about 99% of the leads and I have people that sign up automatically every month and buy product.

Its not uncommon to see purchases of around $400.

It's on autopilot but that isn't really the best thing. I have to many people that buy a few times and then stop. They wont answer emails or calls.

I have another technique that I will try and hopefull reach them.
